With the Sundive team you get to experience the unique Cape Byron Marine Park with a highly experienced team. The team feel it’s the overall experience that sets them apart. The dive shop has shared swimming pool facilities with the adjacent Cape Byron YHA.

Nguthungulli Julian Rocks is world famous for its marine life. Warm and cold water currents meet here resulting in a spectacular mix of tropical and cold water fish creating one of the most abundant fish dives in the world. On most dives, you’ll encounter everything from large sharks and rays, large schools of pelagics, turtles to macro critters such as nudibranchs and crustaceans.

The entrance to Sundive is located on Middleton Street, opposite the Byron Bay Court House. All day parking is available on Middleton Street. Check street signs to ensure you’re in a minimum 4HR bay.

Sundive operate three single dive trips per day, going out at 8am, 10:45am, and 1:15pm. The usual maximum bottom time is 50mins. The team pride themselves on their experience and safety record.

Boats are launched from Byron Pass, a 10-minute trip to Julian Rocks, and returns to shore between dives.
