Explore the best dive spots along Queensland’s Holiday Highway with our Southern Great Barrier Reef Dive Safari!

Our drive (and dive) safari package includes some of the best diving in the southern Great Barrier Reef and our hand-picked top-side wildlife and wilderness experiences. Drive north from Brisbane to the seaside town of Agnes Water, diving the pristine reefs between Lady Musgrave Island and Heron Reef, head on to Heron Island for a few days on this beautiful coral cay, and on to the white sandy beaches of Great Keppel Island.

Away from the crowds, you’ll enjoy fantastic diving, and topside, some spectacular beaches and hiking trails. In Agnes Water, enjoy an interpretive walking tour through a paperbark forest and encounter kangaroos along coastal walking trails. On Heron Island, depending on the season, you can expect to see turtles nesting (or hatching), and dozens of sharks and rays. In Yeppoon, visit an ancient Devonian reef system at Capricorn Caves and then head over to Great Keppel Island to dive today’s Great Barrier Reef –  and see (arguably) the world’s best sunset.
