Marine House Seasir is the largest dive operator in Okinawa and has been in operation since 1983. They have English, Japanese and Chinese-speaking dive guides and tend to keep language groups together.
They have plenty of well-maintained equipment for hire and for sale, onsite accommodation, with outdoor showers and washing area for gear, as well as a roof-top hot tub (and hot showers).
There are three room types at the guest house: Single Tatami Rooms, Double/Twin Share Tatami Rooms and Twin/Triple Share Western Style rooms.
First Floor Western Rooms with shared facilities.
Private ensuite Japanese style rooms.
Western Style ensuite rooms with wooden flooring and three single beds.

Pick-up service Transfers to and from Aka port can be arranged for free upon request.

There is either a double dive in the morning (8:00 AM) and a single in the afternoon (1:00 PM) or vice versa, dependent on sea conditions. The next day’s schedule will be posted at the 1F store and the 2F restaurant each afternoon. Walk or cycle from your accommodation to the dive shop (make sure you’re on time – the Japanese are never late). From here it’s a ride, in wetsuits to the boat on the back of a small truck.
Your dive guide will pick the dives for the day depending on conditions and what the group has already seen. They have reasonably large boats, so entry is giant stride from the back of the boat. Lunch is back at the pension before the afternoon dive, and at the end of the day, soak away your aches and pains in the rooftop hot tub.
Highlights of the Kerama Islands include Triple Stones – three large bommies simply teeming with life and Kuba West – a large pinnacle that’s great fun to circle around as you swim slowly to the top.
