Payment Terms:
Non-refundable deposit of AUD 2000 due now, second instalment AUD 2000 due 31 Aug 2025. Balance due 23 Feb 2026.
CHANGE FEES: Any changes requested after the initial deposit incur an AUD 150 change fee. Any changes resulting in a reduction of invoice value of more than 50% are considered a cancellation. CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments are non-refundable. Airfares are based on instant purchase and prices are not guaranteed until second instalment is paid.
Payments for all items are non-refundable and it is recommended that participants have appropriate travel insurance to protect them in the event of cancellation for unforeseen reasons.
