Philippines Aggressor II operates year-round dive cruises across some of the country’s most exciting marine regions, including Tubbataha Reef, the Visayas, Coron, and Batangas. Designed for extended itineraries, the vessel supports multi-day exploration of reef systems, pelagic zones, and historic wreck sites that are not accessible by day boats.

The Philippines offers one of the largest liveaboard cruising grounds in Asia, with more than 7600 islands and consistently warm water temperatures. Cruises range from 7 to 10 nights, delivering an average of 20 to 27 dives depending on itinerary, including night dives when conditions allow. Diving is conducted from custom-built tenders, allowing flexible access to walls, reefs and offshore atolls.

Resort Facilities & Meals

Philippines Aggressor II is configured for comfort during multi-day dive trips. Indoor areas include a spacious saloon, dining area, bar, and entertainment space. Outdoor decks have shaded seating and sun loungers.

Electrical outlets onboard operate on 220V, with universal sockets available. Guests are advised to bring converters if required.

Meals are served buffet-style and include a mix of international dishes and local cuisine. Breakfasts feature hot and cold options, lunches include soups, salads, and hot entrées, and dinners are chef-prepared with seafood, meat, vegetables, and desserts. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages are available throughout the day. A limited selection of local beer and wine is complimentary with dinner.

Activities

Daily schedules are structured around diving, typically offering up to four dives per day depending on location and conditions. Between dives, guests can relax on deck, review logs, attend marine life briefings, or enjoy onboard presentations. Evening activities may include fish identification sessions, movies, or informal group discussions.

Staying Connected

Liveaboard itineraries include remote offshore locations. Internet and mobile connectivity may be limited or unavailable for extended periods, particularly during Tubbataha itineraries.

We Think . . .

Philippines Aggressor II suits divers looking for structured itineraries, high dive counts, and access to UNESCO-listed reefs and remote dive regions. The vessel balances operational efficiency with comfort and is well suited for experienced recreational divers.

  • The team at Diveplanit were tremendous help for my recent trip to Palau. The trip was a bit last minute, and bookings were filling up, so I appreciated Claire’s patience and first-hand knowledge as we tried to find the right combination of dates, flights and operators. Unsurprisingly, the trip was spectacular and ticked off multiple bucket list experiences.

  • Michelle is a legend. I didn't know how difficult it could be to organise travel and diving in Vanuatu! Having been there, I can only wonder at the organisation and care that went into making my trip special. There was even a cancelled flight that meant a rearrangement of activities on a couple of days. But it all went seamlessly. I would highly recommend Diveplanit.

  • Michelle was fantastic in helping with my recent PNG excursion. I got straightforward and detailed advice, and nothing was too much trouble. I had some package tweaks after committing to the initial trip, but the changes were no problem. There's no question whom I'll contact for my next South Pacific itinerary.

  • Had a fabulous trip diving at Ningaloo, all organised from the other side of the world by Claire at Diveplanit. When the airline cancelled my flights and I would’ve been stranded, she rescheduled them for me on a Sunday! That’s 7-star rating! 🙏 🥰
