Join Dive Wellington to dive the crystal clear waters of Niue and get up close and personal with humpback whales.

Niue boasts some of the greatest visibility in the world, up to 80-100m. Diving is a mix of sea caverns and coral reefs, teeming with marine life. On the edge of a cetacean highway, Niue is one of few places in the world where you are allowed in the water to swim with whales, and you’ll have an almost exclusive encounter.

Your whale tour starts with a presentation about the whales, learning about their behaviours and migratory patterns. the group will then head out on the ocean for a coastal tour, keeping an eye out for whales and dolphins along the way. Niue Blue holds one of few whale watching licenses on Niue offering a once in a lifetime experience while still adhering to all of the strict rules and regulations protecting these amazing animals.

PAYMENT TERMS: Deposit due now NZD 500 Second payment due 08 August 2025: NZD 1200 Balance payment due 08 June 2026

AIRFARES: Airfares are based on current schedule instant purchase fare and will be confirmed 11 months prior to departure. Airfare prices are not guaranteed until 2nd deposit is paid.

CHANGE FEES: Any changes requested after the initial deposit incur an AUD 250 change fee. Any changes resulting in a reduction of invoice value of more than 50% are considered a cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All payments are non-refundable.

INSURANCE: We strongly recommend all travellers have appropriate travel and dive insurance to protect them in the event of cancellation for unforeseen reasons. We are happy to provide a quote.
