Description

Koh Tachai is a dome shaped rock surrounded by smaller scattered boulders. There are small coral heads with hard and soft corals and another smaller pinnacle close by. ┬áThe dive site known as the Reef is more sheltered and has large flat horizontal rock surfaces with gullies between. This video shows some scene from the Reef – just before fish bedtime (around dusk), and on the main Pinnacle during the day. These White Collared Butterflies riding the surge were certainly a feature of the area.
